The location of Wimala B&B is fantastic - just 5 minutes from the beach and close to the bus stop, supermarket, and railway station. The owner, Wimala, is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The food at the guesthouse is delicious, with the biggest breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and well taken care of during my stay.

This double room has everything I need for a comfortable stay - an electric kettle, toaster, and a washing machine. It's so convenient! The fully equipped private bathroom with a shower is a game-changer. I can easily take care of my personal needs without any hassle. I love the seating area in this room. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

I found the view from the room to be a bit disappointing. But hey, everyone has different preferences, so someone else might still enjoy it.
